- MECHVAC – a high efficiency, versatile filtration device designed for vacuum filtration of liquids. The vacuum pump connected to the system through a silicone tube.
- Application: All Pharma plant Like – Injectable plant and Pharma Laboratories,
Features:
- Filtration base designed to use 47 mm and 90 mm disc filters.
- Collection tank available as per requirement.
- Option available with sonicator attachment for degassing of filtrate.
- The device conforms to GMP and GEP specification applicable for Pharmaceutical, Sanitary and other industries.
- Performance of the system tested by applying 5.0 kg/cm2 to check leakage.
- Material of construction S.S.AISI 316/316L quality.
- All joints are argon welded with super finishing. Nozzle and dead corners are reduced to an absolute minimum. Internal and external walls ground and mirror polished to 240 grit finish.
- Outlet nozzle provided with T.C end blind, option available for Hose nipple connection
- A Long Silicon tube is provided to ensure complete transfer of fluid.
- Each system is tested at 5.0kg/cm2.
Features:
- The Mechvacc is used to sterilize liquids or gases by pressure filtration through a 47 & 90-mm diameter disc filter of suitable pore size.
- Mechvacc system works with vacuum pump.
- All components will fit up with vacuum.
- Product Pot Will connected with silicon tube to Product inlet nozzle for suction & filtration of Product.
- When Vacuum pump started product transfer to cone vessel by Vacuum system.
Songster Details: Transducer is provided for high frequency to degasser of product as per system capacity.
